With a view across Cisco globally, Jonathan Zung works on implementing new Cisco UC systems and enhancements within the Cisco network. Since joining the company more than 15 years ago, Jonathan has worked as a UNIX systems administrator, as a network engineer on the team that manages the Cisco remote access and global extranet, then as a manager for Cisco IT projects to serve the company's Latin America region. Jonathan was a contributing author and technical editor for the Cisco Press book Troubleshooting Remote Access Networks, part of the CCIE Professional Development series. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
